I cannot get a person on the phone calling NY state unemployment?

I have 2 numbers. Both keep hanging up on me. They closed the office in this city so I can%26#039;t just go there and take care of it -- i applied on-line, was approved but they say I need to apply for my weekly credit -- which they won%26#039;t let me do on-line. When i call one number, it tells me to call the other number. And when I finally think I am getting somewhere on the automated system (like to a real person) it says %26quot;all representatives are busy, please try again later%26quot; -- I lost my job 8-24-07 and have not gotten any unmployment since -- i have been trying to find a new job, but i am 5 mnths pregnant and nobody wants to hire me knowing I%26#039;ll be on leave come April. Does anybody know how to get through the phone system!!! Please help! Thank You

So call the main state office and complaign about it. They will help you sort things out. If they don%26#039;t then call the media, a little news coverage tends to get peoples attention in a big hurry.
