A person is working in a bank as a teller from 20 years. This person has devoted his or her life working in a bank almost half of her or his life. He or She is very friendly with everybody, take care of each and everyone. treat everybody as his family memeber. financial position very strong. if she/he do not work,can retire rich. He or she is short $1000 something might happen ,did some wrong debit or credit. Human being make mistakes. This Person was Fired. Do you think it is appropriate decision by the management. Many new teller are hire and are fire in 2 to 3 months only because they steal money. Do you think management made a good decision. He or She is very loyal no ethics problem. use to feed everybody with her own money. can retire rich? Can we question to her about ethics. 20years and Fire? Most friendly person. Do you think a multi-billion dollar company cant take $1000 in loss and should hire new person and spend $1000 on her. Please Think and give answers.

The firing was probably about saving money ,not ethics..

Businesses cut higher paid employees all the time.

I think the business should%26#039;ve looked into it more and see if maybe they just did a calculation error. If it turns out that is actually, truely missing, then I think it was a good thing that that person got fired.

By the way, you should work a little bit more on your grammer and spelling.

stealing is stealing - $1 is stealing, $1000 is stealing... $1000000 is stealing - there is no difference.. it is theft.

Yes the company can take the loss.. BUT that is not the point - are you saying its okay for EVERYBODY to take $1000??

the COMPANY isnt taking the loss.. the loss comes to everybody who uses the bank because now they have to pay higher fees.. expecially if everyone who works at the bank decides to steal $1000

really $1000 is NOTHING - the person should have managed their own money better so they didnt need to steal... a person working at a bank shouldnt need to steal..

A bank teller can%26#039;t steal. It%26#039;s a sad story, but $1000 is a lot of money to be off on ones till. It sounds like a theft.

I don%26#039;t understand when you say, %26quot;can retire rich.%26quot; How does a bank teller retire rich? Bank tellers are not paid much. If she has the money to retire rich then what does it matter? She should just go enjoy the rest of her life and sc*w the bank.
